ABSTRAK PT.Exterran bergerak dibidang jasa pemurnian minyak mentah. Kapasitas produksi yang dihasilkan 32.000 BOPD. PT.Exterran menghasilkan beberapa jenis limbah yaitu: water waste, chemical waste, oil waste, empty drum waste, solid waste dan sulfatreat waste. Sedangkan PT.Exterran hanya memiliki satu TPS seluas 178,5m 2 (25,5mx7m). Luas tersebut tidak cukup untuk menampung seluruh limbah B3. TPS tersebut juga belum menerapkan sistem pendataan limbah B3, pengemasan, pelabelan dan simbol serta sarana prasarana sesuai dengan standar. Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan evaluasi pengelolaan limbah B3, perancangan ulang TPS dan penerapan housekeeping serta perancangan aplikasi berbasis android untuk pendataan limbah B3 pada TPS PT.Exterran. Evaluasi ini diawali dengan pengambilan data yaitu jenis limbah, jumlah limbah dan dimensi kemasan (drum, karung, tote, pallet). Pengolahan data yang dilakukan berupa evaluasi dan perancangan ulang TPS limbah B3, pengemasan dengan pemberian label dan simbol, sistem pencahayaan, ventilasi, APAR, bak penampungan, tata letak limbah dan penerapan housekeeping. Sedangkan untuk sistem informasi limbah B3 berbasis android dibuat menggunakan eclipse dan database server MySQL yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Awal pembuatan sistem informasi ini merancang database yang mengacu pada lembar dokumen limbah B3, kemudian merancang desain interface. Dalam mengevaluasi TPS ini harus memperhatikan dimensi total yang ada. Dimensi setiap ruangan hasil evaluasi yaitu: water waste room 6,5m x 4,8m, chemical waste room 4,8m x 3,1m, oil waste room 5,1m x 3,25m, empty drum waste room 5,1m x 3,25m, solid waste room 5,04m x 3,22m, sulfatreat waste room 6,65m x 4,9m dan tools room 6,65m x 1,78m. Kebutuhan penerangan pada TPS ini sebanyak 20 lampu pijar 300Watt untuk ruang penyimpanan. Total luas bukaan (ventilasi alami) yang dibutuhkan adalah 14,01m 2 . Kebutuhan APAR (NFPA 10 2013) yang harus tersedia yaitu 3 buah APAR berjenis CO2, dry powder dan dry chemical powder. Volume bak penampungan yang harus dimiliki masing-masing ruangan yaitu 17m 2 untuk water waste room, 3,88m 2 untuk chemical waste room dan 4,09m 2 untuk oil waste room. Housekeeping perlu dilakukan untuk mengelola TPS menjadi lebih baik lagi secara berkelanjutan. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi limbah B3 (android) akan mempermudah admin dalam pendataan (logbook) limbah B3. The production capacity of crude oil is amounted to 32.000 BOPD. Thus in daily activities it also produces much waste, such as water waste, chemical waste, oil waste, empty drum waste, solid waste, and sulfatreat waste. However PT.Exterran Indonesia has only one temporary storage for hazardous waste with an area 178,5 m 2 (25,5 m x 7 m), but it is not enough to accommodate all the hazardous waste. Temporary Storage Place (TPS) also has not implemented the hazardous waste data collection system, packaging, labeling and symbols as well as infrastructure in accordance with the applicable standards. Therefore, it needs an evaluation for hazardous waste management, redesign, and housekeeping implementation at TPS and creating an android-based application for data collection system of hazardous waste at TPS PT.Exterran Indonesia. The evaluation begins with data collection of the type of waste, the amount of waste, and packaging dimensions (drum, bag, tote, pallet). The data processing in this section are evaluation and redesign of temporary storage for hazardous waste, packaging, labeling and symbols, lighting systems, ventilation, fire extinguisher, reservoirs, location of hazardous waste and housekeeping. The android-based application for data collection system of hazardous waste is created by using eclipse and MySQL database servers that uses the PHP programming language. The information system design is conducted by creating a database that refers to the document of hazardous waste (manifest) and designing the interface until the information system is ready for use. The TPS evaluation should consider the total dimension of the existing area. The lighting in this The dimension for each area as follows: water waste room 6,5m x 4,8m, chemical waste room 4,8m x 3,1m, oil waste room 5,1m x 3,25m, empty drum waste room 5,1m x 3,25m, solid waste room 5,04m x 3,22m, sulfatreat waste room 6,65m x 4,9m, and tools room 6,65m x 1,78m. The TPS needs 20 bulbs of 300Watt incandescent lamp for storage room. The total requirement for natural ventilation is about 14,01 m2. The fire extinguishers (NFPA 10 2013) that should be available are 3 number of CO2, dry powder and dry chemical powder. The reservoir volume for each room is 17 m 2 for water waste room, 3,88 m 2 for chemical waste room and 4,09 m 2 for oil waste room. The housekeeping at TPS should be maintained in order to manage the workplace to be continuously better. Implementation of android-based hazardous information systems will help the admin to process the data collection (logbook) and report the hazardous waste with ease.
