ABSTRAK ATME adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor teknik lingkungan (pengeboran, survei tanah, pengambilan sampel air tanah, survei kualitas air, pemasangan piezometer) yang terletak di kota Heuringhem, Perancis. ATME ingin mengikuti sertifikasi MASE (Manual Peningkatan Keselamatan Perusahaan) pada tahun 2018. Namun, perusahaan tersebut belum menerapkan sistem MASE dengan baik. Jadi untuk alasan ini, perusahaan ATME ingin untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan MASE, membuat dokumen berkaitan dengan MASE, dan melakukan perbaikan terus-menerus di bidang kesehatan, keselamatan, lingkungan (HSE) perusahaan. Untuk mengukur pelaksanaan MASE, ATME menggunakan referensi MASE versi 2014. MASE merupakan pedoman dalam sistem manajemen keselamatan dengan tujuan perbaikan terus-menerus dari hasil keselamatan yang telah dicapai perusahaan. MASE Memiliki lima bab yaitu komitmen pemimpin perusahaan, kompetensi dan kualifikasi profesional, organisasi kerja, efisiensi sistem manajemen, dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. MASE diharapkan dapat meningkatkan performa kesehatan, keselamatan, lingkungan untuk karyawan dan untuk menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku. Menganalisis hasil penerapan MASE menggunakan grafik radar untuk memvisualisasikan hubungan antara lima bab untuk menentukan prioritas rekomendasi. Beberapa rekomendasi yang dilaksanakan dalam perusahaan seperti pembuatan komitmen ATME, pembuatan prosedur, komunikasi HSE, membuat buku keselamatan, menganalisis situasi berbahaya, memperbarui dokumen analisis risiko, menyusun LDKB (Lembar Data Keselamatan Bahan) dapat meningkatkan nilai MASE : 124,03% untuk bab 1, 77,78% untuk bab 2, 54,24% untuk bab 3, 28,75% untuk bab 4, dan 20,59% untuk bab 5. ABSTRACT ATME is the company that specializes in the environmental engineering sector (drilling, soil surveys, sampling of groundwater, water surveys, installing the piezometer) located at Heuringhem, France. ATME would to obtain the MASE certification (Company’s Safety Improvement Manual)) in 2018. But, these company has not been already applied MASE system correctly. So for this reason, ATME enterprise interested in to evaluate the implementation of MASE, create documents relating to the MASE, and insuring continuous improvement the health, safety, environment in the company. To measure the implementation of MASE, ATME use referential MASE version 2014. MASE is a guideline in safety management system that aims continuous improvement of the safety results of the company's. MASE system has five chapters. The leader of company commitment, competence and professional qualifications of staff, work organization, the effectiveness of the management system, and continuous amelioration. MASE should improve the environmental health and safety performance for operators and for customer needs to comply with relevant regulations. Analyze the results of MASE using a radar graph to visualize the relationship between the five chapters to determine the priority recommendation. Some of the recommendations were implemented in the enterprise for exemple making commitments ATME, creating procedures, communication HSE, creating safety book, analyze the dangerous situation, updating the document risk analysis, compile the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet). They can increase the value of MASE : 124,03% for chapter 1 , 77,78% for chapter 2, 54,24% for chapter 3, 28,75 for chapter 4, and 20,59 for chapter 5.
