Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek pembuatan konstruksi Economizer di PT.Petrokimia Gresik membutuhkan ketersediaan material untuk menjamin kelancaran proses fabrikasinya. Perencanaan kebutuhan material sangat diperlukan agar material dapat tersedia sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Analisis persediaan material dapat menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknik lot sizing dalam analisis persediaan yang menghasilkan biaya persediaan material paling minimum pada proyek economizer. Dengan metode material requirement planning dilakukan pengolahan data yang berupa jumlah kebutuhan material, biaya pesan, biaya simpan serta lead time guna memperoleh jumlah pesanan yang optimal dengan biaya persediaan minimum. Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) yang digunakan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan mendasar yaitu perhitungan kebutuhan kotor (explosion), perhitungan kebutuhan bersih (netting), perhitungan jumlah pemesanan (lotting), dan penentuan waktu pemesanan (offsetting). Pada tahapan lotting digunakan 4 (empat) teknik lot sizing yaitu lot for lot, economic order quantity, period order quanity dan part period balancing. Hasil proses analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknik lotsizing yang membentuk biaya persediaan minimum pada material A 283 Gr.C 6 mm dan BEAM UNP A 36 yaitu teknik Period Order Quantity dan Part Period Balancing. Untuk material A 283 Gr.C 19 mm, A 283 Gr.C 30 mm, Pipe 1”sch 40 dan Pipe 2”sch 40 yaitu teknik Lot For Lot, Period Order Quantity dan Part Period Balancing. Untuk material BEAM HNP A 36 yaitu teknik Lot For Lot dan Part Period Balancing. Untuk material BEAM LNP A 36, Round bar ø70 dan Round bar ø82 yaitu teknik Part Period Balancing. Sedangkan untuk material Plate SS 316L 6 mm yaitu semua jenis teknik lotsizing. Kata Kunci : Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Teknik Lot sizing. ABSTRACT Project of the Economizer in PT. Petrokimia Gresik needs a lot of material. Material inventory planning is important in order that material can be available as planned analysis of material inventory can use Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. The purpose of the final project is to know the lot sizing technique in analysis inventory that result of the minimum inventory cost on the project of Economizer. With this method of material requirement palnning (MRP) do processing data of total inventory material, setup cost, holding cost, and lead time of the material to obtain optimal ordering with minimum inventory cost. The method of the material inventory planning in this project is Material Requirement Planning (MRP) which have 4 bas ic stages that is gross material requirement plan (explosion), net needs analysis (netting), analysis of the number order (lotting) and determination of ordering time (offsetting). At the lotting stages is used 4 technique that is Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and Part Period Balancing. The analysis result of Material Requirement Planning is shown that lotsizing techniques that form minimum inventory cost in material A 283 Gr.C 6 mm and BEAM UNP A 36 is Period Order Quantity and Part Period Balancing techniques. Material A 283 Gr.C 19 mm, A 283 Gr.C 30 mm, Pipe 1”sch 40 and Pipe 2”sch 40 is Lot For Lot, Period Order Quantity and Part Period Balancing techniques. BEAM HNP A 36 is Lot For Lot and Part Period Balancing techniques. BEAM LNP A 36, Round bar ø70 dan Round bar ø82 is Part Period Balancing techniques, and Plate SS 316L 6 mm is all lotsizing techniques.
