ABSTRAK Pada dunia industri khususnya kontruksi dalam pengerjaannya menuntut perhatian dan alat yang canggih untuk mencapai hasil optimal. Mencapai hasil yang optimal dibutuhkan perencanaan dan penjadwalan dengan baik. Penjadwalan adalah suatu bentuk perencanaan proyek yang dibuat dengan tujuan agar proyek dapat selesai tepat waktu. Banyak kendala yang mempengaruhi penyelesaian proyek terlambat, antara lain: cuaca, approval gambar yang terlambat, pendatangan material yang terlambat, skill kurang dan lain-lain. Metode presenden diagram (Precedence Diagram Method) adalah metode yang digunakan untuk membuat jaringan kerja (network planning) khususnya penjadwalan proyek. PDM menggunakan 4 konstrain/batasan, yaitu: SS (Start to Start), SF (Start to Finish) , FS (Finish to Start) dan FF (Finish to Finish). Salah satu alternatif untuk mempercepat proyek adalah dengan menambah tenaga kerja atau menambah jam kerja sehingga membutuhkan biaya lebih besar dari perencanaan sebelumnya agar proyek selesai tepat waktu. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana merencanakan penjadwalan proyek yang tepat yakni proyek Pressure Vessel milik PT. Wika Technip yang dikerjakan oleh PT. Barata Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode PDM. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan biaya pada saat umur proyek 252 hari memiliki biaya total proyek sebesar Rp.6.131.093.885,00 dan pada saat umur proyek 243 hari biaya total proyek sebesar Rp.6.236.994.056,00. Dalam hal ini diketahui adanya kenaikan pada biaya total sebesar Rp.105.900.171,00 dan selisih waktu sebanyak 9 hari ketika dilakukan percepatan pada durasi proyek dari 252 hari menjadi 243 hari. Kata Kunci : Jaringan Kerja, Penjadwalan, Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) ABSTRACT In industrial world, particularly construction, the process demands deeply attention and best tools to achieve an optimum result. To obtain the optimal result, it is needed a well-planning and scheduling. Scheduling is a form of planning a project created in purpose the project can be finished on time. There are many obstacles affected the delayed project completion, such as: weather, delay of approval pictures and elicitation material, less skill, etc. Precedence Diagram Method is used in this study for making network planning, especially project scheduling. PDM used 4 constrains/limitation, those are: SS (Start to Start), SF (Start to Finish) , FS (Finish to Start) and FF (Finish to Finish). One of accelerate alternatives project is adding more workers or working hours, thus requiring more cost than the previous planning to make the project is being completed on time. This study examines how to plan the precise scheduling project which belongs to the Pressure Vessel project owned by PT. Wika Technip that has done by PT. Barata Indonesia using PDM method. The result obtained from the costs calculation during 252 days of project life has a total cost project of Rp.6.131.093.885,00 and the total cost project at 243 days is Rp.6.236.994.056,00. In this case, the known increase total cost is Rp.105.900.171,00 and the project has been finished 9 days earlier, from 252 days to 243 days.
