ABSTRAK Angkutan transportasi laut merupakan moda transportasi yang sarat akan regulasi (aturan). Dalam proses pelaksanaan selalu dilakukan pengawasan, hal tersebut ditujukan dalam mewujudkan persyaratan keselamatan dan keamanan yang menyangkut angkutan perairan. Dewasa ini dalam pembangunan sebuah kapal masih ada yang tidak sesuai dengan rule yang telah ditetapkan. Pada Tugas Akhir kali ini penulis akan menganalisa sebuah block kapal dengan meggunakan Rule IACS melalui survey dengan pelaksanaan dilapangan. Untuk pemasangan bagian-bagian yang ada didalam block terutama lighteninghole, profil L, dan bracket. Untuk memperoleh jawaban terhadap permasalahan tersebut dilakukan verifikasi ukuran terhadap item sesuai dengan rule. Hasil dari analisa yang masuk kriteria accept untuk item bracket semua masuk . Sedangkan item lighteninghole yang masuk kriteria rule terdapat pada nomor 1,2,5-10 untuk item yang masuk dalam kriteria reject terdapat pada item nomor 3. Dikarenakan ukuran kurang dari toleransi yang ditentukan yaitu ± 5mm. Dan item profile L yang masuk dalam kriteria accept adalah profile nomor 11-13 dan nomor 15. Sedangkan yang termasuk kriteria reject terdapat pada nomor 14. Berdasarkan olahan data didapatkan solusi agar item yang tidak memenuhi kriteria baiknya direpair dengan cara gerinda. Kata Kunci: Rule IACS, Survey, Block ABSTRACT Freight sea transport is a mode of transportation that will be full regulation (rules). In the process of implementation is always carried out supervision, it is intended to realize the safety and security requirements regarding water transport. Today the building of a ship still is not in accordance with a predetermined rule. At this time the writer final project will analyze a block ship with Rule IACS receipts through the implementation of the field survey. For fixing the parts that are in block mainly lighteninghole, L profiles, and bracket. To get answers to these problems do verification of the size of the item in accordance with the rule. The results of the analysis that qualify for item accept all incoming bracket. While lighteninghole incoming items contained in the rule criteria 1,2,5-10 numbers for items that fall into the reject criteria contained in item number 3. Due to the size less than the specified tolerance is ± 5mm. And L profile item qualifies accept is profile number 11-13 and 15. While the numbers are included reject criteria contained in the processed number 14.
