ABSTRAK Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi smartphone berbasis Android beberapa tahun terakhir ini. Penulis ingin mengembangkan Student Portal di Perguruan Tinggi XYZ yang sekarang berbasis web menjadi Student Portal berbasis Android. Student Portal berbasis Android memiliki dua menu yaitu menu penilaian dan menu jadwal dosen. Menu penilaian adalah menu yang memperlihatkan rincian nilai mahasiswa per mata kuliah dan per semester. Menu jadwal dosen merupakan menu baru yang belum ada di Student Portal berbasis web. Menu ini berfungsi menunjukan posisi ruangan dosen yang sedang dicari oleh mahasiswa. Untuk membuat aplikasi ini, digunakan software Android Studio untuk pembuatan aplikasi Android, MySQL sebagai database yang menggunakan software Phpmyadmin untuk mengelola database, dan Framework Slim sebagai Webservice yang menggunakan bahasa JSON. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini bisa berjalan di semua smartphone berbasis Android dengan baik. Dan eksekusi data tercepat adalah 0,27 detik dan terlama adalah 2,22 detik. Dari tugas akhir ini, diharapkan aplikasi Student Portal berbasis Android yang dibuat dapat bermanfaat untuk kampus dan mahasiswa. Kata kunci : Student Portal, Android, Webservice. ABSTRACT The development of smartphone technology based on Android in several years. the author develop Student Portal at XYZ University which is now web based to be inspire Android based. Student Portal Android based has two menus, there are score menu and lecturer’s schedule menu. Score menu is a menu that showing details of student’s score courses and semesters. The lecturer’s schedule is a new menu because there is unavailable in Student Portal based web . The function of this menu is to indicate the position of a lecturer who is being sought by the student. For this application, Android Studio software is used to make Android application, MySQL as database which using Phpmyadmin software to manage database, and Slim Framework as Webservice that using JSON. Based on the test result this application can run on all smartphone based Android well and execution fastest data was 0.27 seconds and the longest is 2.22 seconds. From this project, the expected of Student Portal application based Android can be made useful for the campus and students. Keywords : Student Portal, Android, Webservice.
