ABSTRAK Sebelum dimulainya suatu proses produksi, terlebih dahulu harus diketahui berapa besarnya harga pokok dari barang yang akan diproduksi. Untuk mengetahui besarnya harga pokok perlu adanya breakdown kebutuhan material. Mengingat pentingnya suatu breakdown kebutuhan material sebelum memulai sebuah proses produksi agar perusahaan dapat menetapkan harga pokok produksinya sebagai dasar bagi harga pokok penjualan, sehingga perusahaan dapat mengendalikan biaya produksinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan langkah – langkah penelitian yang diawali dengan perhitungan biaya untuk pembuatan cetakan, perhitungan biaya laminasi, perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan jam orang, serta perhitungan nilai ekonomis penentuan tempat pembangunannya. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan, didapatkan biaya material untuk pembangunan kapal ikan FRP 30 GT adalah Rp.347.840.000,00 dengan kebutuhan material matt sebesar 1740 kg, WR sebesar 2777 kg, resin sebesar 6693 kg, dan katalis sebesar 134 kg. Dan ditetapkan harga pokok penjualannya sebesar Rp.1.300.000.000,00 dengan pembangunan dilakukan di Banyuwangi. ABSTRACT Before the commencement of a production process, must first know how much the cost of items to be produced. To determine the magnitude of the cost necessary to breakdown the material needs. Given the importance of a breakdown of material requirements before starting a production process for the company to establish the cost of production as the basis for cost of sales, so the company can control the cost of production. The method used in this study is a step by step research that begins with the calculation of the cost to manufacture the mold, the laminate cost calculation, calculation of required manpower and man hours, as well as the calculation of the economic value of the determination for the place of development. From the results of the calculations are done, get the cost of materials for the construction of FRP fishing vessels 30 GT is Rp.347.840.000,00 with matt material requirements for 1740 kg, 2777 kg of WR, 6693 kg of resin and catalyst at 134 kg.
