ABSTRAK PT. X merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di industri perkapalan yang harus menerapkan strategi yang tepat agar tetap bisa bersaing di kancah industri. Selama ini salah satu strategi yang dilakukan PT. X untuk menghemat biaya produksi adalah dengan membuat sendiri perlengkapan akomodasi dan spare part permesinan kapal di Bengkel Mesin perusahaan. Namun sayangnya strategi tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan sistem penjadwalan produksi yang optimal. Dengan melihat kondisi di perusahaan maka sangat diperlukan sistem penjadwalan produksi yang baik agar penyelesaian pesanan perlengkapan akomodasi dan spare part permesinan kapal bisa selesai tepat waktu. Pada penelitian ini integer programming dipilih untuk menyelesaikan permasalan yang ada sehingga solusi yang dihasilkan berbentuk biner 0 – 1 dan bilangan bulat atau bukan pecahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Lingo untuk menyelesaikan model yang disusun. Dengan metode optimasi minimasi jumlah order yang terlambat ini mampu dihasilkan perbaikan dengan perbandingan output model dengan kondisi aktual yaitu untuk bulan September sebesar 100 %, untuk bulan Oktober sebesar 100 % dan untuk bulan Nopember sebesar 100 %. Kata kunci : Integer Programming, Optimasi, Penjadwalan Produksi. ABSTRACT PT. X is the one of companys who survive in shipyard industries should applied the right strategic to always exist in shipyard industries. For the last time one of the strategic PT. X to decrease production cost is produced the accomodation equipments and spare part by her self at company’s machinery workshop, but the strategic not combined with optimal production scheduling. Therefore, with the condition of PT. X so we need the good production scheduling to finishing the orders of accomodation equipments and spare parts on time. This study used the integer programming to solve the problems so it can get the result binary number 0 – 1 or not decimal numbers. This research is using the Microsoft Excel and Lingo to solve the model formulated. With this optimization method to minimize number of tardy capable of improvement by comparing the output generated model with the actual condition of improvement of 100 % for September, 100% for October and 100% for November. Key words : Integer Programming, Optimization, Production Scheduling.
