PT. X adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang di bidang jasa perbaikan dan pemeliharaan maupun perakitan bangunan offshore, serta rekayasa umum dengan spesifikasi tertentu berdasarkan pesanan memiliki target untuk menjadi perusahaan yang dapat diandalkan melalui implementasi sistem integrasi mutu, Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan Hidup dan pencapaian zero accident. Lingkup pekerjaan yang luas, serta potensi bahaya yang tinggi mengharuskan perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan sumber daya, guna meminimalisir potensi kecelakaan kerja. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi safety behavior pekerja saat berada di tempat kerja . Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai pengaruh masa kerja, usia pekerja dan lokasi kerja terhadap safety behavior pekerja di perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini akan menggambarkan tingkat keberhasilan perusahaan dalam membangun perilaku keselamatan kerja. Studi ini dimulai dengan menyebarkan kuisioner selanjutnya dilakukan uji pengolahan data statistik dengan bantuan software SPSS 16 for windows seperti uji regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh safety behavior terhadap masa kerja, usia pekerja dan lokasi kerja serta uji beda one way anova untuk mengetahui perbedaan perilaku aman berdasarkan masa kerja, usia pekerja dan lokasi kerja. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari uji regresi menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,724 yang artinya nilai tersebut lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga masa kerja, usia pekerja dan lokasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap safety behavior. Manajemen telah menetapkan program dan kebijakan keselamatan yang baik sehingga dapat menciptakan perilaku keselamatan yang efektif di PT X. Perilaku aman akan menghasilkan persepsi dan motivasi pekerja sehingga para pekerja dapat bekerja dengan baik dan aman. Uji beda one way anova menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku aman yang signifikan berdasarkan masa kerja dengan nilai F hitung < F tabel ( 4,442 < 3,18). Sedangkan pada usia pekerja dengan nilai F hitung < F tabel (0,821 < 2,79) dan lokasi kerja dengan F hitung < F tabel (0,991) < (3,18) tidak terdapat perbedaan perilaku aman. Masa Kerja 1-5 tahun memiliki motivasi kerja yang sangat tinggi, sehingga bisa menjadi pelopor yang baik untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan sikap pekerja untuk berperilaku aman di tempat kerja. X is a company engaged in the field of repair and maintenance of offshore construction and assembly, as well as general engineering with certain specifications based on order have a target to become a reliable company through the implementation of quality systems integration, Safety, Health and Environment and the achievement of zero accident , Wide scope of work, as well as a high hazard potential requires the company to continue to increase resources, in order to minimize the potential for accidents. Things that need to be considered include the safety behavior of workers while at work. This study was conducted to assess the effect of length of service, age workers and work site safety behavior toward workers in the company. The purpose of this study will illustrate the level of success of the company in building safety behavior. The study began by distributing questionnaires test is then performed statistical data processing with SPSS 16 for windows such as multiple linear regression to determine the effect on the safety behavior of employment, age workers and work sites as well as different test one-way ANOVA to determine differences in safe behavior based years of service, age of workers and work sites. The results obtained from the regression test showed a significance value of 0.724, which means the value is greater than 0.05 so that the period of employment, age workers and work location does not affect the safety behavior. Management has set a program and a good safety policy so as to create an effective safety behavior in PT X. Conduct will safely generate the perception and motivation of workers so that workers can work well and safely. Different test one way ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in safe behavior based on years of service with the value F count <Ftable (4,442 <3,18). Meanwhile, at the age of workers with Fcount value <F table (0.821 <2.79) and work sites with Fcount <Ftable (0.991) <(3.18) there is no difference in safe behavior. Working past 1-5 years have a very high motivation to work, so it could be a good pioneer to improve worker motivation and attitudes for safe behavior in the workplace.
