ABSTRAK Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) adalah gangguan pada sistem muskuloskeletal yang dapat disebabkan/diperburuk oleh pekerjaan dan performansi kerja seperti postur tubuh tidak alamiah, beban, durasi, frekuensi serta faktor individu (usia, masa kerja, jam tidur dan kebiasaan olahraga). Berdasarkan jenis pekerjaan pada penilitian ini, kedua jenis pekerjaan memiliki karakteristik yang sama yaitu material manual handling (MMH) dan memiliki tingkat repetisi yang tinggi dengan durasi yang cukup lama dan beban yang berat. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat risiko dan karakteristik individu terhadap keluhan sistem muskuloskeletal agar dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat dalam segi ergonomi kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah BRIEF Survey untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko sistem muskuloskeletal yang terdiri sembilan bagian tubuh dan Nordic Body Map untuk mengetahui tingkat keluhan sistem muskuloksletal. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, penilaian tingkat risiko yang dialami pekerja sealing dan staple. Bagian punggung memiliki 72,72% , sedangkan pada keluhan MSDs juga bagian punggung memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi paling banyak yaitu 90,90%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian chi square diperoleh hasil hubungan yaitu pada bagian tubuh punggung dengan (p=0,000), leher (p -0,000) dan bahu kanan (p-0,012). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat risiko dengan MSDs pada tangan kanan (p=0,390), tangan kiri (p=0,997), siku kiri (p -0,848), siku kanan (p=0,693), dan kaki (p=0,199). Sedangkan pada hasil pengujian faktor individu terhadap keluhan sistem muskuloskeleta l, diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat jam tidur < 7 jam bagian tubuh siku kanan (p=0,045) Kata kunci: BRIEF Survey, Musculoskeletal Disorders, Nordic Body Map. ABSTRACT Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are disorders of the musculoskeletal system that can be caused / aggravated by work and work performance like unnatural posture, load, duration, frequency and individual factors (age, years of service, hours of sleep and exercise habits). Based on the type of work in this research, the two types of work have the same characteristicsthat is manual material handling (MMH) and has a high degree of repetition with a long duration and a heavy load. Therefore, in this study has the purpose to know the correlation between risk and characteristics of the individual against the complaints of the musculoskeletal system in order to provide appropriate recommendations in terms of ergonomics workplace. The method that used is the BRIEF Survey to determine the risk level of the musculoskeletal system that consists of nine parts of the body and Nordic Body Map to determine the level of complaints musculoskeletal system. Results of the research that has been done, the assessment of risk levels experienced by staple and sealing worker, the back has 72.72%, while the complaint of MSD that the back is the most high level of risk that is 90.90%. Based on the results of the chi square test result that is relationship on the part of the body back with (p = 0.000), neck (p -0.000) and right shoulder (p-0.012). There was no correlation between the level of risk with MSDs on the right hand (p = 0.390), left hand (p = 0.997), left elbow (p-0.848), right elbow (p = 0.693), and legs (p = 0.199). While on the test results of individual factors to the complaints of the musculosceletal system, there is a significant correlation at sleeping time which <7 hours to the complaint of MSDs of the right elbow (p = 0.045) Key Word: BRIEF Survey, Musculoskeletal Disorders, Nordic Body Map.
