ABSTRAK PT. Petrosida Gresik merupakan perusahaan Agroindustri yang memproduksi produk-produk kimia pertanian (agrokimia) seperti Pestisida, Pupuk, Bahan kimia untuk perkebunan, serta Bio Pestisida dan Bio Fertilizer untuk menunjang gerakan Go Green di Indonesia. Salah satu unit untuk memproduksi produk-produk tersebut yaitu Unit Pupuk Multi Purpose (PMP). Proses penanganan material yang ada di Unit tersebut masih banyak dilakukan secara manual. Dalam melakukan aktifitasnya, pekerja sering melakukan aktifitas pengangkatan, penurunan, mendorong, menarik, mengangkut, dan memindahkan barang dengan frekuensi pengulangan yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan pekerja mengalami Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) atau cidera tulang belakang (back injury). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) untuk menilai tingkat risiko ergonomi terkait postur janggal yang dilakukan oleh pekerja. Terdapat empat proses kerja terkait aktivitas manual handling, yaitu proses feeding, crushing, mixing, dan packing. Pengambilan data sudut postur kerja dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali, lalu di rata-rata. Hasil dari rata-rata tersebut yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko ergonomi. Peneliti juga mengevaluasi beban kerja yang dihasilkan pada masing-masing postur tubuh pekerja menggunakan pendekatan biomekanika yang dapat menunjukkan gaya tekan maksimal yang mampu ditahan oleh tiap segmen tubuh pekerja dan juga postur yang dapat menyebabkan risiko back injury paling tinggi. Postur pekerja manual handling yang dilakukan oleh pekerja menghasilkan score REBA dengan range 8-13 dimana nilai tersebut masuk dalam risk level 3-4 yaitu tinggi-sangat tinggi. Dan beban kerja yang dapat menimbulkan risiko cidera back injury paling tinggi merupakan postur kerja dengan nilai momen pada punggung (MD) tertinggi yaitu pada kegiatan feeding terdapat pada postur 1.1 sebesar 118,08Nm, kegiatan crushing terdapat pada postur 2.2 sebesar 94,17Nm, kegiatan mixing terdapat pada postur 3.5 sebesar 254,51Nm, dan kegiatan packing pada postur 4.1 sebesar 181,62Nm. Adapun rekomendasi perbaikan postur kerja meliputi prosedur cara kerja yang ergonomi serta penambahan alat bantu kerja berupa meja pallet, mesin produksi, dan meja packing. Petrosida Gresik is an Agro-industry company that manufactures agricultural chemical products (agrochemicals) such as pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals for plantations, as well as pesticides and Bio Bio Fertilizer to support the Go Green movement in Indonesia. One unit to manufacture these products are Multi Purpose Fertilizer Unit (PMP). Material handling processes in the unit are still mostly done manually. In conducting its activities, workers often perform activities of appointment, decline, pushing, pulling, carrying, and move the goods with a fairly high repetition frequency. This matter can cause workers to experience Musculoskeletal Disorders ( MSDs ) or spinal cord injury. Researchers examined using REBA ( Rapid Entire Body Assessment ) to assess the level of risk associated ergonomics awkward postures performed by workers. There are four work processes related to manual handling activities, the process of feeding, crushing, mixing, and packing . Data retrieval capture as many as three times, and averaged. Results from the average is used to analyze the level of ergonomic risk. Researchers also evaluated the work load generated in each posture workers using biomechanical approach that can show the maximum compressive force that is able to be detained by each body segment and also working posture can lead to the highest risk of back injury . Posture manual workers handling by workers contained REBA score with a range of 8-13 where the value is entered in the risk level 3-4 of high- very high. And Workload that may pose a risk of back injury is highest working posture with the highest MD value in feeding activity contained in 1.1 posture of 118,087Nm, crushing activity contained in 2.2 posture of 94,17Nm, mixing activities contained in the posture 3.5 for 254,51Nm, and packing activities on the posture 4.1 of 181,62Nm.. The working posture improvement recommendations include procedures ergonomic way of working as well as additional work tools like a pallet table, production mechine, and packing table.
