Traditional fishing Shipyard generally build ship in traditional method. The ship isn’t be built using modern method based on lines plan drawing but it is be built only by estimation of the existing ship previously. The ship isn’t to have documentation after finishing, especially the ship is not be completed with principal dimension and lines plan drawing. Both of data ship principal dimension and lines plan drawing are needed for designing propulsion system, Building specification and documentation, and be needed for the research and development to improve and update technology in designing traditional fishing vessel. This paper gives explanation about calculation and analysis the form and the ship principal dimension in traditional fishing vessel based on data measurement of ship’s hull. Data measurement of ship’s hull is called coordinate control point. The area and volume of the ship’s section are calculated using numeric integration method. The ship principal dimension is determined based on ship’s sectional area and volume by using formulations in designing of ship. Plotting coordinate control point is conducted for to have lines plane drawing which is represented as midship section plan and half breadth plan. Based on method of integration numeric and using technical formulations in designing ship, the ship size in gross tonnage is 14.35 GT and 52.06 tons of DWT term. Hull form isn’t streamlines enough based on appearance of lines plan drawing, especially midship section plan.
