Kata kunci: pengetahuan, iklim keselamatan, perilaku pekerja, regresi linier berganda, One-Way ANOVA. ABSTRACT PT. Barata Indonesia is a manufacturing company. Workshop 1 has the highest risk of harm compared with other Workshops. Factors that influence the behavior of which is the knowledge’s worker and safety climate. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge’s worker and safety climate of the worker's behavior and to investigate differences in the average value of knowledge and safety climate based on age, length work, and section. The method used is multiple linear regression and One-Way ANOVA. A sample of 95 respondents by Slovin technique with sample deployment method simple random sampling. Results of multiple linear regression showed that the effect of knowledge’s worker and safety climate of the worker's behavior amounted to 6.3%. Results of One-Way ANOVA showed that the probability (sig) above the value of α (0.05), there is no difference in the average value of knowledge and safety climate based on age, length work, and section. This is because some workers who do not follow the toolbox meeting so that the knowledge gained is still less and safety climate assessment more subjective. Did not find a difference in the average value of the significant means that the knowledge and perception of workers against the management of safety in the area of Workshop 1 PT. Barata Indonesia felt by all categories of age, length work, and section. Keywords: knowledge, safety climate, worker's behavior, multiple linear regression, One-Way ANOVA.
