Abstract

Kata kunci : Mikrokontroler ,Load Cell, Water Flow ABSTRACT In Indonesia, the process of making lightweight CLC bricks are still using manual methods. The process of making light bricks manually is less effective because it requires time and energy a lot. The process of mixing the raw materials is a very vital process so it is necessary to do the automation process so that the quality of the bricks produced can be better and always in the same quality. The use of arduino mega 2560 microcontroller as the main control in the mixing automation system on this light brick making device makes it easy to run all processes. This tool uses two sensors that is load cell as a heavy sensor and water flow as the sensor the amount of water discharge. Actuators used are Servo motors which are useful as automatic valves in sand and cement tube holes, DC motors as rotary motors for fall boxes and stirrers and DC water pumps and wind compressors are useful as water supply and foam agent. The entire system is able to work well with the load cell able to weigh the weight of sand and cement in real-time. The data obtained from this heavy reading when reaching the set point is determined to control the actuators of servo motors and DC motors. And water flow that is able to read the water discharge in real-time. The data obtained from these water discharge readings when reaching the set point is determined to control the actuator that is the water pump. From the calculation result of two weight weighing experiments with load cell got error rate equal to ± = 1.28%. While from the calculation of two experiments water debit readings with water flow obtained error rate of ± = 0.301%. Key Words : Microcontroller, Load Cell, Water Flow
