Dalam pembuatan kapal fiber tidak luput dari proses laminasi. Laminasi adalah proses pembuatan layer atau lapisan pada kabal fiber. Namun kenyataannya hampir seluruh hasil proses laminasi tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun sedemikian rupa, sehingga mempengaruhi ketebalan laminasi. Dalam tugas akhir ini, akan membahas dan menghitung seberapa besar prosesntase deviasi hasil real dengan perencanaan. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan perhitungan perencanaan sesuai peraturan BKI dan melakukan percobaan pembuatan laminasi dengan menggunakan teknik hand lay-up dan menyesuaikan data yang didapat dari galangan. Dari perhitungan dengan berdasarkan rules dari BKI dengan hasil percobaan sendiri didapat rata-rata perbedaan yang cukup besar pada bagian keel yaitu pada kapal percobaan pertama, kedua dan kelima. Pada kapal pertaman didapat perbedaan sebesar 50,07%. Pada kapal kedua didapat perbedaan tebal sebesar 52,06 % dan terakhir sebesar 46,92 % pada kapal kelima. . Lamination is a process of making layer or coating on the fiber detailing. But in fact almost all the results of the process of lamination do not sesui with the planning has been arranged in such a way, thereby affecting the thickness of the laminate. In this final task, will discuss and calculate how large the deviation of real results with prosesntase planning. The methods used to use appropriate planning calculations rule BKI and experiment making laminate by hand lay-up methode adjusting data obtained from the dock. From calculations based on rues of BKI's own trial with results obtained average difference large enough on the keel of the vessel during the first trial, the second and fifth. On the 1st obtained difference of 50.07%. On the second ship obtained difference thick of 52.06% and 46.92% on the last of the five ships.
