Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. F1 Perkasa merupakan salah satu perusahaan galangan kapal yang memproduksi kapal fiberglass, baja dan kapal kayu di Indonesia. Salah satunya adalah kapal tangkap ikan 30GT yang berbahan fiberglass. Dalam pembangunan sebuah kapal, perhitungan biaya termasuk hal yang penting. seperti biaya pembangunan kapal, biaya operasional kapal dan pendapatan dari hasil tangkapan ikan. Selain itu, melakukan analisa ekonomi juga penting untuk dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan sebuah kapal. Dengan metode analisa ekonomi yaitu dengan mencari hasil dari Net Present Value (NPV) untuk mengetahui apakah investasi tersebut la yak atau tidak untuk dilakukan, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) ini merupakan tingkat discount rate yang membuat NPV proyek = 0, serta analisa Break Even Point (BEP) dimana total penghasilan tepat sama besarnya dengan total biaya, sehingga perusahaan tidak memperoleh keuntungan dan juga tidak menderita kerugian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perhitungan menggunakan metode tersebut diperoleh, biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp. 949,815,440,00, biaya operasional per tahun sebesar Rp.441.077.333,00, dan pendapatan per tahun sebesar Rp.295.478.000,00. Dari data diatas juga diperoleh hasil NPV untuk tingkat bunga 5% - 25% masih bernilai positif atau NPV > 0, IRR yang diperoleh adalah 53,6% dan BEP dapat tercapai pada tahun ke 3,3 yang diperoleh dengan cara interpolasi. Dari hasil diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek pembangunan kapal ini layak untuk dilakukan. Kata Kunci : Analisa Ekonomi, NPV, IRR, BEP ABSTRACT PT. F1 Perkasa was one shipbuilding company that manufactures fiberglass boats, steel and wooden boats in Indonesia. One of them is a fishing vessel 30GT is made of fiberglass. In the construction of a vessel, calculation of costs including the important thing. such as the cost of construction of the ship, vessel operating costs and incomes from fish catches. In addition, the economic analysis is also important to be done to determine the feasibility of a ship. With this method of economic analysis is to find the results of the Net Present Value (NPV) to determine whether the investment is worth it or not to do, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is the discount rate that makes the project NPV = 0, and analysis Break Even Point (BEP) where appropriate total income equal to the total cost, so the company does not make a profit and also did not suffer losses. Based on the analysis and the calculation method is obtained, the construction cost of Rp. 949,815,440,00, operating costs amounted to Rp.441.077.333,00, and income of Rp.295.478.000,00. From the data above were also obtained results for the NPV interest rate of 5% - 25% is still a positive value or NPV> 0, IRR obtained was 53,6% and the BEP can be achieved in the year to 3,3 obtained by interpolation.
