ABSTRAK Sebagai komitmen Perusahaan Pestisida terhadap masalah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja semua tenaga kerja baik tenaga kerja tetap maupun tenaga harian lepas dari potensi bahaya yang ada, Perusahaan Pestisida menyediakan kotak Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan (P3K) lengkap beserta isinya pada setiap unit kerja baik di lokasi gedung utama maupun di lokasi produksi. Dan untuk mempermudah melakukan pemantauan dan pengadaan isi kotak P3K maka dibuatkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Manajemen. Untuk mengetahui berapa kuantitas yang dipesan dan waktu yang tepat untuk melakukan pemesanan isi kotak P3K, penelitian ini menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) dan ROP (Reorder Point). Hasil analisa perhitungan dari 17 item isi kotak P3K bahwa terjadi perbedaan antara yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan dengan metode EOQ dan ROP. Sebelumnya pemesanan dilakukan dengan frekuensi yang tidak teratur dengan jumlah yang tidak sesuai dengan perhitungan ekonomis. Contohnya untuk isi kotak P3K berupa Betadin didapatkan hasil frekuensi pemesanan 2kali/tahun dengan jumlah 74 botol/periode, jumlah safety stock sebanyak 38 botol, sedangkan ROP pada jumlah 27 botol. Kata kunci : economic order quantity, reorder point, safety stock, sistem informasi manajemen ABSTRACT As a commitment from Pesticide Company for all the workers, health and safety must be provided for all worker even for freelancer by showing all potentially dangerous, Pesticide Company provides first aid box complete with it content in each every workplace even in warehouse, production area, or in the main building. to make monitoring and procurement content of first aid box process easier, therefore management system information is created. To know how much quantity and when the appropriate time will be ordered, this research is using EOQ (economic order quantity) and ROP (Reorder Point) methods. Result of this calculation, from all of 17 items first aid box showing differences between that had been done by company and using EOQ and ROP method. Before the order time is right, all of the frequencies really irregular, with a sum calculation is not exactly like the economic methods. For example content for the first aid box is medicine, obtained result of the frequencies order is twice a year with amount 74 bottles/period, amount of safety stock is 38 bottles, counted by ROP is 27 bottles Keyword: economic order quantity, management system information, reorder point, safety stock
