ABSTRAK PT. X adalah perusahaan penyelaman cakupan nasional yang bergerak bidang jasa inspeksi bawah air dan jasa kelautan. Sebagian besar pekerjaannya merupakan pekerjaan bawah air yang melibatkan aktifitas penyelamaan dan kontruksi laut dimana penyelam perusahaan mempunyai resiko terhadap terjadinya stress kerja dari aktifitas penyelaman berulang. Karena dugaan adanya potensi stress kerja pada kegiatan penyelaman di PT. X, dilakukan penelitian awal dmenggunakan kuisioner NIOSH terhadap 10 penyelam, dengan hasil 6 pekerja mengalami stres kerja dan 4 pekerja tidak mengalami stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengaruh faktor resiko terhadap stress kerja pada pekerja penyelam di PT. X. Kemudian dilakukan pengambilan data primer berupa tingkat pendidikan pekerja, lokasi tempat tinggal, kedalaman penyelaman. Untuk data sekunder, dilakukan pengukuran beban kerja fisik menggunakan pulse meter, pengukuran lama durasi selam menggunakan stopwatch. dan menyebarkan kuisioner NIOSH dan kuisioner Myers brigs type indicator pada 15 pekerja. Setelah itu dilakukan pengujian statistik dengan uji regresi logistik biner untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, bahwa variabel lokasi tempat tinggal, tipe kepribadian, dan durasi selam memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Maka, rekomendasi yang diberikan yaitu : mengganti jam kerja, mengadakan konseling bagi pekerja yang memiliki kepribadian introvert, dan melakukan pergantian pekerja setiap 30 menit. Kata kunci : Stress kerja, Penyelaman, Regresi logistik biner ABSTRACT PT. X is a national dive company engaged in underwater inspection and marine services. Most of the jobs are underwater involving marine equation and construction activities where corporate divers are at risk of job stress from repeated dive activities. Because of the alleged potential job stress on diving activities at PT. X, a preliminary research was conducted using NIOSH questionnaires on 10 divers, with the result of 6 workers experienced job stress and 4 workers were not stress. This research aims to know the effect of risk factors on job stress for the diver workers at PT. X Then the primary data were taken in the form of educational level of workers, residential location, and depth of diving. For secondary data, there are the measurement of physical work which was done using a pulse meter, long duration of the dive done using a stopwatch, and NIOSH questionnaires and the Myers brigs type indicator questionnaires which were distributed to 15 workers. After that, statistical testing with a binary logistic regression test to determine the variables that affect the job stress was done. Based on the results of the statistical test, the variable of residential location, types of personality, and duration of diving have influences on job stress. So, the recommendations that could be applied in PT.X are: changing working hours,conceling for workers who have introvert personalities, and making diver’s turnover every 30 minutes.
