Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan Manufaktur merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fabrikasi dan konstruksi baja yang memiliki tahapan pekerjaan salah satunya Abrasive Blasting. Namun hal ini tidak didukung dengan fasilitas yang memadai, salah satunya pencahayaan ruangan Abrasive Blasting. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pekerja, beberapa pekerja mengeluh pusing di sekitar area mata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi desain penerangan hemat energi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan dengan menggunakan Lux Meter dibandingakan dengan standar standart Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No 70 tahun 2016, perhitungan desain secara manual, validasi perhitungan manual dengan menggunakan software Dialux 4.12, perancangan prototype penerangan hemat energi menggunakan sistem Arduino Mega, dan energy saving. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 5 lampu untuk ruangan Abrasive Blasting 1 sejumlah dan 4 lampu untuk ruangan Abrasive Blasting 2 peneranganya tidak memenuhi standart. Berdasarkan perhitungan manual, jumlah lampu yang sesuai untuk ruangan Abrasive Blasting 1 sebanyak 9 lampu dan ruangan Abrasive Blasting 2 sebanyak 6 lampu. Validasi menggunakan software Dialux jumlah lampu ruangan Abrasive Blasting 1 sebanyak 9 lampu dan ruangan Abrasive Blasting 2 sebanyak 6 lampu. Prototype penerangan hemat energi dapat menghemat 70% untuk ruangan Abrasive Blasting 1 dan 75% untuk Abrasive Blasting 2. However, these are not supported by adequate facilities, one of them is Abrasive Blasting room lighting. Based on interviews with employees, employees complain of dizziness around the eye area. This study aims to provide design recommendations for energy-efficient lighting. The method used in this study is to measure illumination intensity by using Lux Meter that compared to regulation standard of the Indonesian Health Minister No. 70 of 2016, manual design calculations, manual calculation validation with using Dialux software 4.12, prototype design of energy-efficient lighting with using Arduino Mega system, and energy saving. Based on the results of the study, room condition with the number of lights 5 for Abrasive Blasting room 1 and 4 lights for the room Abrasive Blasting 2 lighting does not meet the standard. Based on manual calculations, the number of lights that is suitable for Abrasive Blasting 1 room is as many as 9 lights and Abrasive Blasting 2 room is 6 lamps. Validation using Dialux software, the number of Abrasive Blasting 1 room lights is as many as 9 lamps and Abrasive Blasting 2 room is 6 lamps. lighting prototypes of Energy-saving can save 70% for Abrasive Blasting 1 room and 75% for Abrasive Blasting 2 room.
