ABSTRAK PT. X merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di divisi 3 penelitian, pengembangan, dan pemanfaatan tenaga nuklir. Proses penelitian dan pemanfaatan tersebut menghasilkan radiasi pengion yang mempunyai efek stokastik terhadap gangguan fungsi hati. Terdapat faktor lain yaitu nilai batas dosis, usia, masa kerja, indeks masa tubuh, kebiasaan merokok, konsumsi alkohol, trigliserida, jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor risiko pekerja pada area radiasi terhadap gangguan fungsi hati dengan menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini melibatkan 41 pekerja sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengisi kuisioner dan melakukan pengukuran kadar alkohol, tinggi badan dan berat badan untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi logistik biner dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 16.0. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap variabel gangguan fungsi hati (y) adalah indeks masa tubuh dengan p-value 0,036 dimana nilai p-value > 0,05. Rekomendasi yang diberikan sesuai dengan hierarki pengendalian risiko yaitu pemenuhan gizi seimbang dengan mengganti menu makanan yang berada di kantin, melakukan modifikasi jadwal untuk kesehatan jasmani bagi pekerja, membuat program berhenti merokok untuk pekerja. Kata kunci : Gangguan fungsi hati, Radiasi, Regresi logistik biner ABSTRACT PT. X is a company engaged in the field of research, development, and utilization of nuclear power. The research process and utilization results in ionizing radiation cause a stochastic effect to liver dysfunction. There are the other factors such as dose limit value, age, years of service, body mass index, smoking habit, alcohol consumption, triglycerides, sex. This study aims to determine the effect of the risk factor of workers in the area of radiation to liver dysfunction using analytical survey method with cross sectional approach. The study involved 41 workers as respondents. The data is collected by filling out the questionnaire and measuring the alcohol intake, height and weight to know the characteristics of respondents. Analysis data is performed by binary logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0 software. Factor that affect the variable liver dysfunction (Y) is the body mass index with p-value 0,036 where p-value > 0,05. Recommendations given in accordance with the hierarchy of risk controls that are the fulfillment of balanced nutrition by replacing the menu on canteen, modify the schedule for the physical health of workers, make stop smoking program for workers.
