Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. X merupakan perusahaan jasa perawatan dan perbaikan alat berat seperti Forklift, Reachstacker, Sideloader, Head Truck beserta mekanik dan penyedia jasa operator head truck. Proses bongkar muat petikemas diangkut dengan head truck yang dikemudikan oleh seorang operator. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja fisik dan mental serta tingkat kelelahan terhadap jumlah pengangkutan box container operator head truck. Beban kerja fisik di ukur menggunakan denyut nadi untuk mengetahui %CVL sedangkan beban kerja mental diukur dengan metode SWAT (Subjective Workload Assessment Technique). Untuk kelelahan kerja dilakukan dengan pengukuran waktu reaksi (reaction timer), lalu untuk jumlah pengangkutan box container berdasarkan rekapan data divisi operasional. Uji korelasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil pengukuran 35 operator, beban kerja fisik berdasarkan %CVL adalah 80% operator tidak mengalami beban kerja fisik. Untuk beban kerja mental semua rata pada tingkat rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Dari hasil output metode statistik korelasi disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara beban beban kerja fisik, beban kerja mental dan kelelahan terhadap jumlah pengangkutan box container dengan nilai p value > 0,05. Rekomendasi secara pengendalian administratif berupa proses seleksi operator yang memenuhi syarat perusahaan, menciptakan kondisi pekerjaan yang aman, peningkatan kesejahteraan tenaga kerja dan melakukan pemanasan kecil bagi operator. X is a service company maintenance and repair of heavy equipment such as Forklift, Reachstacker, Sideloader, Head along with a Truck mechanic and a provider of operator service head truck. In the terminal petikemas, the operational activities in the form of loading and unloading from the vessel began and then brought to the block stacking and viceversa. Petikemas transported with head truck driven by an operator head truck. This research was conducted to find out the relationship of the physical and mental workload and level of fatigue against the amount of the transport box container operator head truck. Physical workload measurement using pulse to know %CVL, mental workload while measured by method of SWAT (Subjective Workload Assessment Technique). Work done for fatigue measurement with reaction time, and then to the amount of the transport box container based on daily operational division. Test study on correlation using Chi Square. The results of measurements of 35 operator head truck, physical workload base on %CVL is 80% of the operators do not experience physical workload. Mental workload for all flat at low level, medium and high. From the results of the statistical method of output correlation concluded there is no relationship between the burden of physical workloas, mental workload and fatigue against the amount of the transport box container with the value p > 0,05. The recommendations given are control administratively on fatigue is the selection process of qualified operators of the company, creating a safe work condition, an increase in well-being workforce and doing small warming for the operator before work.
